Well, I have quite deliberately ignored avenues for now; I don't like placing them in cities that are quite spread out and have multiple "centers". The major parts of the city are mostly connected by rail lines and from the train stations with busses. More people travel around in trains than in cars. However, the initial investment was quite expensive. Not so much in money, but in time. Had to redo some of the rail lines several times because the curves are a bit clonky to plot down. The UI of SC4 is certainly not made to support all the options NAM and other traffic related addons offer. This is also the reason why I didn't bother with the "real highway"-system yet. Instead I placed down the vanilla one as a place holder for later. I have enough space to build it later.
As far as I am concerned, this city is mostly finished. There are two or three areas I need to do (low wealth pods for the slave force that keep the wheels of the industry turning, a second downtown along the beach, more industry to the north west). >>797989
Most definitely. :3>>797919
Hory shittu, how expensive was that...
