Because to you not liking someone and not doing them wrong is not a possibility, you probably can't separate the two and can't fathom as to how someone can not like another person but still have a sense of justice.
For example, being against race mixing, not in law but in personal practice, which most of the world practices, does not harm anyone.
So getting upset that some people don't like each other is a complete waste of time and I would argue carries no moral virtue.
